Quinoa Avocado Tuna Salad

What’s in there?!

-1 avocado
-A bunch of cilantro roughly chopped
-A can of tuna (or whatever fish you like)
-Half a cup of quinoa
-Some salt and pepper seasoning
-A gentle squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
-Mix it all together
-Eat it! (Or put it in the fridge and bring it to work for lunch the next day.)

This is perfect if you are in a rush. (Even faster if you’ve got leftover quinoa from the night before!)

I’m no chef and I don’t like following recipes so most of the time I’m simply throwing a bunch of ingredients together and hoping it will turn out to be something edible.
